Terms and Conditions

A valid credit card on file is required to complete enrollment. Once enrolled, membership is perpetual until cancelled in writing. Minimum one year participation is required (early termination may be subject to a cancellation fee). We will notify you via email at least two weeks prior to each automatic shipment. Your credit card on file will be charged one week prior to shipment.
